My Holiday

If I could have my own holiday it would be called Movie Bed Day. It would be held on March 26. The day would consist of everyone taking a day to do absolutely nothing but lay in bed and watch movies all day. Symbols that would associate with Movie Bed Day would be a pillow and a TV. You can just lay in bed and do nothing, just watch movies as you please, any movie you would like. And if you get tired, your in your bed so you can sleep if yo would like to. It is the perfect Holiday that everyone needs once and a while. Happy Movie Bed Day!

TRAVIS CLARK

If I could meet a famous person, my first pick would defiantly be Travis Clark. I love him so much! He is in a band called We The Kings. He is the lead vocalist and also plays the guitar and piano. He is a very talented person and musician. He has changed so many lives. He is very inspirational and incredible person. I listen to their music every day. The band is a very positive group and they play positive music. It’s not like music is today. They play extraordinary music. He has changed my life. I love him! And he is the hottest guy alive.

Once Upon A Time...

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by: John Archambault is one of my favorite childhood books. It is one of my favorites because the way it is written and rhyming of the letters and how every letter has its own personality. My dad would always read or tell me a story before bed(which I do really miss!!), and Chick Chicka Boom Boom was one that was recommended a lot. It is a book that I have memorized word by word because of how many times it was read to me.

I think that most teenagers of this generation do not like to read because the use of technology and what teenagers are just handed. Reading used to be a way to pass time and even enjoy, but now, it is just a burden to most teenagers to have to read. Personally I get tired when I have to read. I love getting lost in a good book, but I always get sleepy when I read. I do not like being forced to read a book, for example when my English teacher makes me read a book by a certain time and then write about it, I really don’t like that. But when I just want to read a book and enjoy it, I would not mind reading. I do read outside of school and do enjoy it. I don’t want to watch TV the whole time or be on the computer, I want to step away from technology once and a while and read a physical book, not one a machine or a tablet or on a Kindle. I think kids would need to be re-introduced to books. Maybe take some of the technology away. Have them read a book that they would be interested in.

Pet Peeve

Ohh man! I have a lot of pet peeves. One of my biggest ones is when people chomp of their gum. One of my very good friends does it, and when she does it I just have to keep my cool. But it just makes me tighten my fist and have to deal with. I cant stand that sound of spit and gum smacking in their mouth. Especiallty when they are chomping so much that spit comes out of their sides of their mouth.

My friend, amigo, ami, amico, philos

A friend, amigo, ami, amico, philos, is something everyone should have. Something everyone should love and cherish. I friend is someone who you can trust 150%. Someone you can lean on. Someone who will be there for you no matter what. Even if it is something you don't agree with, you need to be there to support them. For me, I look for honesty, loyalty, lovable, kind, funny, truthful, supportive, reliable, and caring. I believe you can have many friends, but there is usually a more close bond with a small group. I friendship that I hope to have I have seen with three amazing people. I do believe when it comes to Facebook, you can have up to 1,000 friends or more, but honestly how many of them do you see as your close real and true friend? You can say that you are friends, but inside you do know that they are not all what you want in a true friend. A best friend is a rare thing to come across. Be one and you may receive one. It is a rare thing to have someone there for you no matter what, so when you do, treat them with care. Love them.

Homecoming!!!

My last junior year homecoming! It's sad to think about! This homecoming personally was not very exciting to me. I don't know what it was, but I just was not thrilled about it. Maybe because I am used to preparing the assembly being a cheerleader, I don't know, but I wasn't very impressed with it. I dressed up a little for Spirit Week. Monday was flannel day which I participated in. I also participated in PJ day as well as hat day. I'm hoping my class came in first!I didn't dress up on some days because some of the days were weird to me like animal print day. But on the days I did dress up, I liked the theme for them.  The pep assembly was funny in some ways. I had to take pictures during it for yearbook which was cool. I voted for Nick to get to king so I was very happy he was crowned! But it was a long week, I'm glad its over.
